The place is nicely laid out and makes for a great home base.

I encountered several issues . First, there was a significant lack of communication regarding parking-there wasn't as indicated, leaving us frustrated as we searched for alternatives. The bathroom situation was unacceptable. While it was mentioned that we had a private bathroom, it was actually located outside the room was nice, especially for couples. The shower was tiny, and the overall water pressure was disappointing.

The location was great and excellent, only 5 minutes walk to a multi-purpose stadium. The staff was affable and outstandingly accommodating on arrival and throughout the stay. Spacious and beautiful room, a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a microwave were a nice surprise.

Self check-in is super convenient. I loved the cozy atmosphere and found the appartment very clean. It's just a quick walk to Pie IX metro , made exploring easy. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook my meals. Totally recommend it for a chill stay 😊

Enjoyed the clean and cozy atmosphere of Gite Du Survenant. The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep easy. Self-check-in was smooth, which I appreciated. The location near the Biodome was perfect for our family activities. The suite had comfortable beds and was stylishly decorated. Parking was tricky. Limited street parking added stress upon arrival. The hotel had a lot of charm, but some facilities need better attention.

We loved our stay in the two-bedroom apartment! It was super clean, stylishly decorated, and the comfy beds were a dream. Just a heads-up, though, the air conditioning took a bit to figure out, but the owners were super responsive and helped us out right away. I would definitely book here again!

The location proved to be a real asset, providing easy access to the metro and nearby attractions like the Botanical Garden and Olympic Stadium. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-equipped. Parking was challenging and not clearly communicated beforehand, and the shower was a bit cramped. Still, discovering the local market nearby for fresh food added a good touch to our experience.

Gite du survenant is an amazing place! The beautiful double room was super clean and the beds were super comfy. I loved the thoughtful guidebooks in the room. It's very close to the subway station. A great place for a relaxing visit!

Beautiful stay with great amenities

The apartment was not only fine but also very clean and well-decorated were good. I appreciated the thoughtful instructions provided, especially since it was my first time using the kitchen. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the metro for quick trips around Montreal. The only minor issue was that I had to ask about the hot water in the shower but everything else was spot on!

The Gite Du Survenant provided a clean and cozy environment, with a well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. The location was excellent, situated just a two-minute walk from the Botanical Gardens and public transit options. The owner was attentive and promptly resolved an issue I encountered , which I greatly appreciated.

This place's deluxe queen room is lovely with a seating area, ironing facilities, and a writing table, at a cost of $252, and it has an excellent location near a Metro station.
